To achieve this, Tax People has run a vitality program twice with all employees under the guidance of the health and performance organization Lifeguard. The “Tax People Vital” program focuses on energy management and behavior patterns of the entire organization to thus enhance the sustainable employability of the employees. Thanks to these programs, we have gained insights into how our employees can operate even more effectively, and we have accordingly structured our organization.
