Nienke started with Legal People almost 20 years ago as a Search Manager, she was involved in the set up of subsidiary Legal Work Force and worked for many years as managing adviser of this organisation. Since 2011, as Executive Search Adviser, she has handled executive searches and career coaching for experienced lawyers. She joined the board some time ago.

Some former candidates turned client over the past few years; for some clients I have been able to compile their entire team and other clients I have supported when they worked for various employers in the recruitment and selection of their employees, both on permanent and temporary contracts and on a project basis.’
